 _लखनऊ हाइकोर्ट से जारी आदेश में समायोजन के उपरांत कार्यमुक्त व जोइनिंग पर रोक लगाई है,,।।।_

 _सरकार अभी तक कार्यमुक्ति व जोइनिंग के बारे में कोई आदेश निकाला ही नही है प्रोसेस पर अभी कोई रोक नही है,,।।।_

_Since the present dispute also pertains to the same as is under adjudication before the Division Bench at Allahabad, list this case on 12.08.2024, as fresh. In terms of the interim protection provided by Division Bench in the case of Neerja (supra), it is provided that *no transfer order shall be passed till the next date of listing*._
